This free printable missing numbers worksheet gives preschool and kindergarten kids a more challenging way to practice number order from 1–5. Kids fill in the missing numbers in each sequence, with the final row asking them to continue counting from 1 and write the rest of the numbers on their own.
This number sequence challenge helps young learners practice counting, number recognition, number order, number writing, and early number sense. The different rows gradually require kids to remember more of the counting sequence, ending with a row where most of the numbers are missing. This makes it a useful next step for kids who are already becoming confident with numbers 1–5. Use it for Pre-K, kindergarten, homeschool, math practice at home, or extra counting and number-writing review.
